Rainbow Lakes, Inc., is a father and son family owned business currently owned by Ross and Kenny Childers. The lakes and associated property were acquired by the Childers family in 2008 and is located in Fairborn, Ohio adjacent to Wright-Patterson Air force Base.
The Childers family and the Rainbow Lakes staff have a combined 50+ years of fishing knowledge and experience to share and are anxiously waiting to serve you.

We are a hard working family, who have fished at Rainbow Lakes for many years. For many years we enjoyed spending the night at Rainbow, and fishing like many other families did in the past. We stopped going with much regret because of the drinking, and other activities that were going on.
When we acquired the lakes, our first priority was to make it safe, and clean for children. With all the technology available in the world today, kids don't have many things to do with their families that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. With the Lakes, we hope to bring families together, even give hints on fishing if needed. We have had to be hard at first, to make it as safe as we can. We hope to hone our customer skills and get some feedback from our customers. When you make changes like we have, it has not been easy. Please bare with us, Rainbow will be a great place for families again. We understand we cannot please everyone, but we are going to give it our best. We appreciate your patronage.
