1. Q. When are you stocking?

A. This is the most FAQ, we post our stocking schedule in the
        Baithouse, and the web-site.

2. Q. What is the Best Bait to use?

A. We sell many baits, but we find our fishermen/fisherwomen on
the lake usually are the best qualified for what fish are biting on
that day. For channel-nightcrawlers are best to start with, carp,
wheaties, corn or your own special dough ball.

3. Q. Why is their a limit on fish?

A. By putting a limit on the fish, it has given those who can only
fish on their days off, or the families who can only come on
weekends a great chance to catch fish. With today's economy its
very hard to maintain a fish population.
            EXAMPLE:
            Price of Ticket - $13.00
Your limit 8 Channel cat per adult ticket under 10lbs
            8 - 5lb channels at $1.30 lb - our cost $52.00

4. Q. Why can't we keep the 10lb and over fish?

A. First of all the cost, and they are becoming harder to get.  It is
only a matter of time before fish will no longer be available as
they are now for paylakes. These fish are trophy fish for sports-
men/women, and families to take that special photo, and tell
their children, and grandchildren about. If we take care of these
beautiful fish our children, and their children will catch them too.

5. Q. Why must we paralell park?

A. Safety comes first with all our customers. If you park with the
front or rear end facing the lake anything could happen. Worst
case scenario someone falling asleep in the car (even a child)
could hit the gear shift, and the car go straight into the lake.
We take pride in making sure our customers stay safe.

6. Q. Why can't we bring pets?

A. We love and have pets of our own. Pets are very unpredictable,
so the safety of our customers takes priority. Thank you for
        understanding.

7. Q. Why can't we use stringers?

A. Stringers kill fish, most of the dead fish we find are from people
forgetting them, or the stringer gets loose and the fish die. We
ask that you bring baskets they keep fish alive.

8. Q. Why no treble hooks?
     A. Treble hooks can damage a fish's mouth beyond repair, or can
get stuck in the fish's mouth, causing it not to be able to eat
        there-fore die.

9. Q. Why should you not give fish away?

A. When you purchase a ticket you have a limit,if you give fish
away people think they can take more than the limit. So please
let everyone catch their own. Once you catch your limit, you still
have the rest of your time on ticket to enjoy the sport of fishing.

10. Q. Why can't we take out certain species?
      A. All Shovelheads and Blue Cats no matter the size are catch and
release only, they are for Tournament sport fishing. Carp, also
are catch and release only no matter the size, they also are for
Tournament sport fishing only. Bass, are catch and release,
these fish take a long time to grow, they are also sport fishing
only. Perch are catch and release until population increases.

Channel Cat,bullhead, bluegills, crappie and trout. Please check
          limits in baithouse.
