The policies and rules of Rainbow Lakes, Inc. are there for your safety, the safety and enjoyment of others and the protection and management of this fishery. Please take a moment to become familiar with these policies and rules.  

 1. Rainbow Lakes, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, request anyone to leave, inspect for valid permit, examine fish catch, inspect vehicles on our property or change policies, rules and prices at any time. As part of the consideration of the sale and purchase of a lake fishing permit, the customer (purchaser) agrees that Rainbow Lakes, Inc (service provider) is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, fire or theft of any kind that may befall said purchaser, family member or other persons accompanying him/her while at or on the way to or from the lake.

 2. Indemnification: All persons utilizing Rainbow Lakes facilities and services shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the service provider, its owners, employees and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses which the service provider incurs as a result of a claim or claims brought by the permit purchaser or any third party, arising out of any wrongdoing, negligence and/or breach of contract by the service provider alleged or otherwise, or any Act of God, including but not limited to extraordinary weather conditions, that is related, in any manner whatsoever, to the premises or the purchaser's involvement with the premises or the services, including but not limited to personal injuries resulting from drowning or slip and fall accidents.

 4.   NO Alcohol, firearms or illegal drugs allowed on the premises at any time.
 5.   NO disorderly conduct, loud or abusive language or excessively loud music.
 3.   Violation of any lake policy or rules is subject to immediate permit termination without refund.
 6.   NO refunds or rain checks.
 7.   NO trout lines, throw nets, snagging or jug fishing.
 8.   NO tournament, jack pot, slot or tag fish payout without valid ticket.
 9.   NO treble hooks, steel leaders or fish stringers allowed, use fish baskets only.
10.  NO cutting trees, burning tires or dumping trash.
11.  NO fish cleaning on the premises.
12.  NO firewood containing nails, or any other metal may be brought on premises.
13.  NO swimming. No one is allowed in the water for any reason.
14.  LIMIT of 8 channel cat per adult ticket under 10lbs.
15.  NO giving fish away.
16.  NO glass containers of any kind allowed on premises.
17.  NO visitors allowed without permission of bait house staff.
18.  NO admittance or fishing without a valid permit. Permit tickets are not transferable.
19.  Limit two (2) poles per adult permit. Additional pole usage can be purchased at bait house.
20.  Fish in front of you and to the middle of the lake.
21.  Any fish 10 Lbs and over remain lake property and must be released in lake after weighing in.
22.  All stockings will be posted in bait house.
23.  All vehicles must parallel park.
24.  To leave and return to lake, valid permit must be signed and left at bait house.
25.  All minor children must be accompanied by an adult.
26.  All trash is to be placed in large trash cans located around the lakes. Please pick up all trash.
27.  Lake speed limit is 8 MPH........Strictly enforced. Violators will be asked to leave.
28.  All tournament, jack pot, slot or tag fish must be hooked in the mouth. NO snagging.
29.  Rod & Reel rentals may not be taken off of lake property.
32.  Other rules may be posted at entrance and in bait house. Please read before fishing.
30.  All tickets must be displayed on dash of car at all times. (No exceptions)
